These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 90xo platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, and account services. 18+ Strictly Enforced
90xo is an adults-only platform. Players must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or wager. Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed, and accounts found to be operated by minors are permanently closed.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered 90xo account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts associated with the same player, along with forfeiture of any pending bonus balances.
Bonus Wagering Requirements

BDT Transactions Only

Account Security

Platform Decisions Are Final

01 General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 90xo (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your use of the 90xo website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at 90xo.app (the "Service").
By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 90xo platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 90xo platform and must close your account immediately if one already exists.
90xo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 90xo. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The 90xo platform operates as an online entertainment and gaming service. All games and betting markets available on the platform are provided solely for the purpose of lawful entertainment. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Any translation provided for informational purposes shall not affect the binding nature of the English version.
02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 90xo platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age. 90xo enforces an absolute minimum age requirement of 18 years. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
- You are registering and using the Service on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not as a representative of any company or third-party entity.
- You are not using the Service in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gaming in your location before using the platform.
- You are not on any self-exclusion register maintained by 90xo or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
- You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person for the purposes of placing wagers or conducting transactions.
- You have not previously had a 90xo account closed or suspended due to a rules violation or fraudulent activity.
Age verification is mandatory. 90xo conducts identity and age verification as part of the KYC process required before the first withdrawal is approved. Any account found to be operated by an individual under the age of 18 will be permanently closed immediately upon discovery, all wagers will be voided, and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations. 90xo cooperates fully with any inquiry related to underage gambling.
90xo employs verification procedures and may request documentation at any time to confirm that a player continues to meet all eligibility requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of account access and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.
03 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of services available on 90xo — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 90xo account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or any other means of circumventing this restriction — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 90xo reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending wagers, and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information on your account. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, mobile number, or preferred payment method — you must update your account settings promptly. 90xo cannot be held responsible for failed communications or transaction errors arising from outdated account information.
KYC Documentation
Before processing a player's first withdrawal, 90xo requires completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. 90xo will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Email Verification
A verification email will be sent to the address provided during registration. Your account must be email-verified before certain features — including withdrawal requests — become available. Check your spam folder if the verification email does not arrive within a few minutes of registration.
Mobile Verification
Mobile number verification via OTP (one-time password) is required for account security and for the use of MFS payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Your registered mobile number must be active and in your possession at the time of transactions.
90xo reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the account lifecycle if there is a reasonable basis for re-verification, including but not limited to a significant change in transaction patterns, a long period of account inactivity, or a security concern flagged by the platform's monitoring systems.
04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All transactions on the 90xo platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered as part of the 90xo service, and any foreign currency transaction fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
90xo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment partners — including Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major Bangladeshi financial institutions — may be available for bank transfer transactions. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (or the equivalent after wagering requirements are met on any bonus-derived balance). Maximum transaction limits are published in the account settings area and may vary based on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 90xo balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank's processing time. If a deposit is not reflected in your account balance within 30 minutes, contact 90xo support via live chat with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed after identity verification is complete. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–4 hours for MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) from the point of approval by the 90xo payments team. Withdrawals to bank accounts and card methods may take longer depending on the receiving institution. 90xo does not guarantee processing times that fall outside the platform's control.
Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Where a withdrawal is requested to a payment method that does not match the name on the 90xo account, the transaction will be declined and the account may be subject to additional verification requirements.
90xo reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of KYC verification, a security review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the player will be informed of the reason for the hold and the expected resolution timeframe where disclosure is permissible.
Players must not use the 90xo platform for any form of payment processing, money transfer, or financial activity unrelated to legitimate gaming entertainment. Any account used to deposit and withdraw funds without corresponding genuine gaming activity will be reviewed and may be suspended. Balances held on accounts found to be engaged in payment processing abuse will be forfeited.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
90xo offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time each promotion is made available.
The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions on 90xo unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
- Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified on the promotion page. Unused bonus credit and associated pending winnings expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts constitute a violation of these Terms.
- Bonus credit and real-money credit are held in separate balance pools. Real-money balances can be withdrawn at any time (subject to minimum withdrawal limits), while bonus balances become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are satisfied.

- 90xo reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse, system exploitation, or any form of fraudulent behaviour.
Bonus abuse is prohibited. 90xo actively monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances forfeited and may have withdrawal privileges suspended pending review.
90xo reserves the right to amend the terms of any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice, or to discontinue a promotion entirely. Where a player has already claimed a bonus prior to the change in terms, their acquired rights under the original terms will be honoured for the current bonus cycle only.
06 Game Rules & Fair Play
All casino games available on the 90xo platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible from within the game interface before wagering begins. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games on the platform use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested and verified by recognised testing laboratories. 90xo does not modify or influence game outcomes after the start of any round.

For sports betting markets, the following general rules apply:

- In the event that a sporting event is postponed or cancelled, 90xo will settle affected bets in accordance with the specific market rules published in the sportsbook section. In general, bets on postponed events are either voided or carried over to the rescheduled date depending on the elapsed time and market type.
- In-play (live) betting is available on selected cricket and football markets. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. 90xo reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during breaks in play, due to data feed interruptions, or for risk management reasons.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error (a "palpable error"), 90xo reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds. Where possible, players will be notified before settlement.
Technical malfunctions void all play. In the event of a software failure, server error, or connectivity interruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, the affected round or wager will be voided and stakes returned. This applies to both casino games and sports betting markets. 90xo will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures outside the platform's control.
The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the 90xo platform without direct human input is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such tools will be suspended and any winnings generated through automated activity will be voided.
07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the 90xo platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, honest dealing, and respect for other users and platform staff. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged documents during registration or the KYC process.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live casino tables, or any other multi-player format where player interaction affects outcomes.
- Money laundering: Using the 90xo platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that represent the proceeds of illegal activity. 90xo complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to authorities as required.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback on any deposit made to 90xo without first raising the matter with 90xo support and allowing the platform a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks constitute fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal platform operation.
- Abusive behaviour: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward 90xo support staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.
- Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your 90xo account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
90xo employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where a potential violation is identified, the platform reserves the right to suspend account access, hold pending withdrawals, and conduct an internal investigation before reaching a determination. Players will be informed of investigations where disclosure does not compromise the process.
You acknowledge that 90xo has an absolute right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, provided that any confirmed real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) is returned to the player via the original deposit method.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
Either party may initiate the closure of a 90xo account at any time. The process and consequences differ depending on whether the closure is initiated by the player or by the platform.
Player-initiated closure: If you wish to close your 90xo account, contact the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Your account will be closed within 24 hours of your request being received and verified. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, provided that all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. Pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Platform-initiated suspension: 90xo reserves the right to suspend or close a player account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Reasonable suspicion or evidence of a violation of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
- Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Following a platform-initiated account closure due to a rules violation, any bonus balances and associated pending winnings will be forfeited. In cases involving fraud or money laundering, 90xo reserves the right to retain funds pending resolution of the matter and to cooperate with any law enforcement request.
